Why can't all interfaces be as good as this one?

While research for our HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) assessed seminar (which Steve stormed) I had a nightmare trying to remember all the evaluation techniques. However one quote we found on the web I had no problem remembering, I wonder why!?!?

"The only "intuitive" interface is the nipple. After that it's all learned"
